Job Overview:

 

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Service Manager to join our business transformation & operations team at TIME. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving business and technical ownership across the Enterprise post-sales organisation. The role bridges Product, Solutions, Service Delivery, Operations and Strategic Partnerships to ensure successful execution, service readiness and commercialisation of the Enterprise portfolio.

 

Beyond operational delivery, this role is expected to lead strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and business performance while supporting the long-term growth of the Enterprise business.

 

Your work life:

 

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and service quality of the enterprise top accounts.
  • Lead strategic projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership across Enterprise products and managed services.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new products, services and technology introductions.
  • Drive service lifecycle management and continuous service improvement.
  • Act as the primary coordination point across Product, Solutions, Service Delivery, Operations, Sales and Strategic Partnerships.
  • Establish governance, operating models and standard processes to improve execution consistency.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, operational dashboards and governance frameworks.
  • Drive automation, standardisation and process optimisation across the post-sales organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic partners and executive management.
  • Present recommendations, business cases and progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Represent the Enterprise organisation in strategic engagements with partners and key customers where required.

 

To be considered, you’ll need:

 

  • Education: Bachelor degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Ideally possess 10–15 years of experience within Enterprise ICT, Telecommunications, Cloud or Cybersecurity.
  • Skills:

 

    • Strong understanding of enterprise networking, cloud, managed services and cybersecurity.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into operational execution.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer, operational and business priorities.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive organisation-wide initiatives.
