TAC IP Engineer (Senior/Junior)
Job Overview:
Delivere operational support and performe network health checks on the IP/MPLS network, ensuring stability and reliability, while resolving escalations from 1st-level support to maintain customer satisfaction
Work Life:
- Ensure high availability of TIME’s IP/MPLS network by leading preventive maintenance, spare management, and vendor performance evaluations.
- Deliver Level 3 technical support, resolving complex network issues and coordinating fault restoration with internal teams and vendors.
- Improve service quality through performance audits, KPI tracking, and proactive mitigation planning.
- Support new technologies and IP-based solutions, driving network optimization and service enhancements.
- Provide advanced training and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen internal technical expertise.
- Oversee CAPEX/OPEX for IP equipment and managed network acceptance reports to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Act as 24/7 on-call escalation point, ensuring minimal downtime and quick service recovery.
To be considered, you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, HCIP (or higher).
- Strong focus on service quality and customer experience, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with confidence in engaging senior management, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring each issue is handled with care.
- A proactive, resilient mindset that thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
