Social Media Marketing Intern
This position reports to Head of Branded Content and Social
Job Overview:
To work together with TIME dotCom’s in-house content team in creating content across all owned social media platforms.
Work Life:
- Strategise, plan and implement content strategies that are aligned to Time's business needs and goals.
- Create and edit basic video and static content for multi-platform use and distribution including online, social media channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Tiktok).
- Create copy for content that is sharp, memorable and effective
- Support video production of content on weekends/after work hours where necessary
Requirements:
- Experience in content creation and social media platform management
- Familiar with Capcut and Canva
- Basic skills in video editing and graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Open to being in front of camera where necessary
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Has a car, willing to travel within Klang Valley when necessary
