Sales Director
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Head of ROW, the Sales Director acts as the primary strategic bridge between our high-value global clients and internal teams. This leadership role is accountable for driving revenue growth, managing complex regional carrier accounts (with a specific focus on markets such as US, Europe, China, Korea, and Taiwan), and executing high-level commercial negotiations. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of telecommunications infrastructure with aggressive business development skills to secure long-term partnerships and protect company margins.
Your work life:
- Strategic Account Management: Manage, retain, and aggressively grow key strategic carrier and wholesale accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for all critical customer account management matters.
- Commercial Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations. Ensure successful deal closures that meet sales quotas while strictly protecting business margins and long-term profitability.
- Account Planning: Drive comprehensive account planning and roadmap development to foster long-term partnerships. Prepare customized solutions tailored to specific client needs and objectives.
- Relationship Building: Establish and sustain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, key decision-makers, and C-level executives within client organizations. Willing and able to travel regionally and internationally as required to secure and manage key client relationships.
- Business Development: Identify and bring in new, high-value global accounts while simultaneously growing new business streams within the existing client portfolio.
- Pipeline Strategy: Plan and execute targeted sales activities and robust pipeline management to strategize deal closures across designated regions (e.g., US, Europe, China, Korean, and Taiwan Carriers).
- Service Excellence: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions. Act as the ultimate escalation point to address and resolve complex customer complaints or service requests.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience and proven track record of success in carrier, wholesale, or large-scale enterprise telecommunications sales.
- Skills:
- Experience in independently managing and scaling regional or global strategic accounts.
- Solid understanding of telecommunications products, networks, and underlying infrastructure.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and deal-closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex contractual agreements.
