Project Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for an all-rounder, who can execute project implementation plan, coordinate, and lead the deployment of optical transmission infrastructure (DWDM, OTN, Rollout Testing, and POI interconnect projects). This role bridges technical teams, vendors, field operations, and stakeholders, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and compliant delivery.
Your work life:
- Define project scope, objectives, CAPEX/OPEX monitoring and deliverables.
- Coordinate project delivery teams and assign tasks effectively.
- Track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
- Vendor and supplier management.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes while keeping the project on track.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage project closure with all stake holder’s acknowledgement.
- Ensure documentation, acceptance, DO/PO closure, lessons learned and handover are completed.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Land Survey, or any related field.
- Experience: More than 3 years experiences in related field and telecommunication industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Candidate with project management cert (PMP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in timeline control, vendor coordination, WBS, milestone tracking.
- Possess PM tools skills e.g. MS Project, Excel, Power point.
- Very good knowledge of the National and International telecommunications environment.
