Partnership Specialist for Strategic Partnership
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Partnership Specialist to join our Strategic Partnership team at TIME. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving and managing strategic partnerships that expand TIME’s ecosystem across enterprise, wholesale, and digital services. You will play a key part in creating new revenue streams, enhancing value propositions, and strengthening our market competitiveness. This role requires a strong ability to identify opportunities, build collaborative relationships, and deliver impactful partnership strategies that align with TIME’s long-term growth objectives.
Your work life:
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across technology, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
- Develop partnership frameworks, MoUs, teaming agreement and commercial models that align with TIME’s business goals.
- Build relationships with key partners (local & regional) & System integrators (SI).
- Partnership Management & Execution
- Act as the main liaison between TIME and strategic partners for joint initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Network, and Legal) to ensure smooth partnership execution.
- Track performance of existing partnerships, revenue, adoption, pipeline contribution, and partner satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and service-level commitments.
- Business & Solution Development
- Work with CM, Product and Presales teams to develop joint go-to-market offerings.
- Support proposal development and bid participation with partners for enterprise or public sector tenders.
- Conduct market research to identify new strategic areas.
- Marketing & Ecosystem Engagement
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns and joint events with partners (roadshows, seminars, webinars).
- Represent TIME in industry alliances, associations, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Develop success stories and case studies to strengthen TIME’s partnership visibility.
- Reporting & Governance
- Support the Strategic Partnership Committee with data-driven insights and pipeline updates.
- Continuously refine partnership governance models for scalability and efficiency.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Education: Bachelor degree in any related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in strategic partnership or business or related role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of telco infrastructure, cloud, and digital ecosystem.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to translate technology into commercial value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
