Information Technology Procurement Manager
Job Overview:
As our Information Technology Procurement Manager, focusing on IT & Product, you will be the strategic partner to our sourcing team. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver procurement solutions supporting our tech infrastructure, digital platforms, and product innovation.
Your work life:
- Lead sourcing strategies for IT systems, software, network infrastructure, and product-related services that align with TIME dotCom’s goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to co-develop procurement strategies that support innovation, scalability, and business growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions through procurement insights, market intelligence, and risk assessments.
- Use advanced analytics, spend data, and market trends to uncover opportunities for cost optimization, supplier innovation, and long-term value creation, reflecting best practices in leading global tech environments.
- Own the end-to-end tender process from RFX to contract negotiation ensuring compliance, transparency, and maximum value.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in technology, telecommunication, or IT.
- Professional Certificate: Having CIPS, CPSM, or PMP certification is desirable.
- Skills: Minimum of 2 -3 years’ experience with ERP systems and procurement tools.
- Attributes: Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
