Field Sales
Job Overview:
Create awareness and generate interest in a product, service, or event. You will be responsible for promoting and marketing these offerings to potential customers.
Your work life:
- Approach customer, call back, sign up, follow up leads, follow up documentation, installation and customer requirement.
- Engage with potential customers, explaining product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Set up promotional displays and booths during on ground roadshow such as events, in building roadshow, outdoor roadshow and ad-hoc activities.
- Gather customer feedback and leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate promotional campaign effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to maximize results.
- Updates new post material, flyers distribution, maildrop and door to door approach.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Education: SPM holder and above.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, promoting or relevant scope.
- Skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in promotional materials and activities.
- Meeting daily targets and submitting sales reports.
- Able to travel, work flexible hours, weekend and public holiday as required to attend events or promotional activities.
- Knowledge in Excel.
- Own transport.
