  • Documents recurring issues and contributes to internal knowledge sharing.

  • Collaborates closely with other technical teams to deliver a consistent and positive user experience.

 

What We Look For:

  • Practical experience in providing IT or end-user support — whether through past roles, internships, or academic projects.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • A genuine service mindset — someone who takes pride in helping others.
  • Accountability and follow-through — seeing issues through until they’re fully resolved.

Good to Have:

  • Experience supporting multiple operating systems or productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing, inventory, or collaboration platforms.
  • Good documentation habits — writing simple guides or internal notes for future reference.
