Digital Product Manager
The position reports to the Lead, Digital Product Management
Job Overview:
Digital Product Manager is a key member in Digital Product Team. You will be working closely with Head of Digital Product to establish the digital strategy and direction. In addition, a project champion to push and ensure the success of initiatives in meeting the business objective.
Your work life:
- To design, develop and deliver simple, seamless and engaging digital experiences that never fail and consistently delight the customers / users.
- Define and continuously evolve product vision, strategy and roadmap based on business needs, customer insights and industry trends
- To identify opportunities for innovation using data, user behavior and tech capabilities
- To develop the digital transformation aspects such as concept, market analysis, strategy, business case and champion product initiatives from ideation through delivery, with a strong focus on value creation and user experience.
- To manage and ensure the success of digital initiatives. Familiar with agile methodology is a plus point, in order to go to market in shortest time possible.
- To be able to define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, manage backlogs and sprints.
- To improve digital operations and processes, in order to fully optimize the resources while shorten the time to go to market.
- To explore and make recommendations to new ideas, opportunities and innovation that truly benefiting the company based on insight and data.
- To be able to map end-to-end user journey and ensure seamless data flow and integration across platform
- To work closely with stakeholders / internal clients, be it the HODs or team members, to ensure meeting business rules and requirements.
- To work closely with technical experts, like solution architects, business analysts, developers and designers, be it internal or external, to ensure meeting the technical requirements such as feasibility, functionality and usability.
- To facilitate workshops, be it for ideation, brainstorm, focus group sessions or project kick-off
- To act as a bridge between business, design and technical team.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT/Digital or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, or equivalent relevant experiences.
- Strong understanding of PDLC, SDLC and Dual-Track
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Figma, Confluence, Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar
- Familiar with product-led growth model and design thinking frameworks
- Proven track records in leading, developing and delivering digital transformation projects in a rapidly changing agile environment.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design digital and data-driven decision making
- Excellent project management skills and execution capabilities, to be able to balance multiple competing priorities.
- Result oriented. Always focus on ensuring high quality of delivery in timely manner.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, design thinking and solutioning skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to present effectively, including to senior management.
- A digital transformation advocate with good storytelling skills and influential voice.
