Customer Experience (CX) Intern

Job Overview:  

Supporting customer experience (CX) initiatives for Enterprise OPU.

 

Your work life:

  • Supporting CX and digital journey improvement initiatives, automation projects.
  • Analyzing customer feedback (e.g. CSAT, NPS, verbatim).
  • Contributing to digital experience enhancements through journey mapping and usability feedback.
  • Working with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Product, Sales etc.) to improve customer touchpoints.

 

To be considered, you’ll need: 

  • Academic Background: Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferably related to computer/data).
  • Skills & Competencies: 
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (e.g. lookup function, pivot). 
    • Exposure/interest in customer and user experience, digital platforms, or customer journey mapping. 
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Attributes: 
    • Curious mindset with attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working across teams and multitasking.
