Cloud Product Specialist
This position reports to Head, Cloud Product
Job Overview:
The person is responsible for post product improvement to increase sales for existing products where the performance of initial launched products will be evaluated and improved. This includes gathering product feedback and work closely with engineering, sales, commercial, marketing, customer service and other relevant support team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals and product sales improvement are met. The role also includes leading the certification activities for cloud services in ensuring that the cloud services provided are delivered in accordance to the market best practices.

- Engagement with internal stakeholders to obtain data to produce meaningful insights on existing customer behaviour and influence future new product development
- Existing Product improvement through customer feedback and identifying the key action items to cease, maintain or improve existing actions that leads to a better product.
- Execution of business cases pertaining to product enhancement or improvement
- Enablement to internal/external stakeholder on product updates and enhancements.
- Lead and coordinate Certification activities within the organization for Cloud Product
- External dealings with business partners, vendors and strategic partners and customers
Requirements:
- A Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3~5 years of experience in Product Management, Cloud Solution or IT infra management
- Understand the needs on business segments and sensitive to technology trend, particularly to cloud
- Understands the market sentiments of cloud with other providers which includes (but not restricted to) pricing model, service model and solution direction
- Build and maintain good rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of marketing procedures, computer product technology (hardware, software, and network) and sales cycles is required
- Ability to analyse data collected from different stakeholders and correlate it into meaningful information that will provide the business with improvement and excellence
