Product Manager
Job Overview:
As the Product Manager, Wholesale, you will be the driving force behind our wholesale connectivity and cloud solutions portfolio. You’ll oversee the complete product lifecycle — from strategy and planning to launch and optimization. Collaborating closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, you’ll ensure that our products not only meet customer and market needs but also align with the company’s long-term vision and revenue goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business — someone who’s analytical, customer-obsessed, and passionate about building solutions that power digital infrastructure and connectivity.
Your work life:
- Research, planning, and development of new wholesale products and solutions.
- Work with internal teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives.
- Develop product proposals and business cases supported by market analysis and financial justification.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications for engineering and technical teams.
- Support pre-sales activities and solution consultations to empower the sales team with product knowledge and positioning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and engineering, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously analyse product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth.
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry, ideally within a vendor or operator environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is essential.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong passion for connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- A natural curiosity and drive to develop System Platform and solution design skills.
- Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to solve complex challenges.
- Experience with IP, cloud-based solutions or wireless is a plus.
